Champorado (chocolate rice porridge)

Champorado is a sweet breakfast that can be eaten all day. Your guests will also be happy if you serve it as a dessert.

It is best eaten warm.


Ingredients:

100 grams of sticky rice

1 tbsp cocoa

30 grams of sugar

1 tbsp cocoa drink powder

1 liter of water

Milk or sweetened condensed milk for topping



Preparation:

First wash the rice well. Then cook the rice with the water for about 15 minutes. Add the cocoa, sugar and powdered drink and cook again briefly over low heat until the desired consistency is reached.

Then serve immediately hot and decorate with a little milk or sweetened condensed milk, depending on your taste.
